[tested] downgrade from 4.4.2 to 4.3 successfull !!

So here comes the good news for all those who were wishing to downgrade their kitkat running SamsungGalaxy S4.
I got success in downgrading my phone. I can assure this is 100% working method. I did it today morning and since now I haven't got any issues or bugs in the working of phone. The phone is working flawlessly awesome.
The process only includes removing the bootloader files from stock firmware. It can be done by following the below mentioned process.
Things required :
Linux (Ubuntu or VirtualBox)
Stock Firmware

How To Get Started:
1. Extract the ".tar.md5" firmware file from .zip and place it in any folder on the desktop. Delete the SS_DL.dll file.(In my case it is placed in folder "firmare")
2. Run terminal by pressing Ctrl+Alt+T.
3. Type cd Desktop.
4. Type cd firmware.(her you have to type the folder name which you created in step 1)
4. Next step is to extract the .img and .bin files from the firmware file. For this, type " tar -xvf your-firmware-file-name.tar.md5 ". Be patient. Let it extract all the files. It may take few minutes.
5. This is the main step i.e. deleting the bootloader files. Type " rm -rf sboot.bin " then " rm -rf param.bin ". Then type " rm -rf your-firmware-file-name.tar.md5 ".
6. Now we need to pack the files back to .tar file and create md5 sum. For creating .tar file, type " tar -H ustar -c boot.img recovery.img system.img modem.bin cache.img hidden.img > your-firmware-file-name.tar ". Beware ! These files need to be in this order only and seperated by spaces.
7. To generate md5 sum, type " md5sum -t your-firmware-file-name.tar >> your-firmware-file-name.tar " then " mv your-firmware-file-name.tar your-firmware-file-name.tar.md5 ".

That's it ! Now the new firmware file is ready to be flashed through odin.
For flashing you need the pit file for repartitioning.
Download the .pit file. (google it)
Place the firmware in PDA.
Flash !

Hit thanks if I helped.
